I am trying to upgrade to Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 but when I go to open an existing company file, the network drive does not show up.

I am trying to upgrade to Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 but when I go to open an existing company file, the network drive does not show up.

Hey WA, not sure about this one - it's the first report of this our techs have seen.

They have suggest his....
1. Run Reckon Accounts as built-in admin
2. Reboot PC
3. Remap the drive
I have run as admin and rebooted the computer. I am not sure how to remap the network drive but have asked our IT people. I called Reckon support on Tuesday but we did not solve the problem.
I asked our It person who suggested I manually enter the file location, which I did. This worked but the file seems to be taking a while to load each time I open it. Any suggestions?
Now I am unable to send emails from Reckon. We use Outlook 2010.
