I am unable to do a backup of company

I am trying to backup company file but it keeps saying unable to backup. Have tried to do it by taking off verify data option but it failed again. Backup I did last night failed also and previous one was start July.

It takes nearly 5 hours to backup our file normall 4-5 attempts before it works.0

I’ve had the problem, not 5 hrs though! I’ve exited the program relogged in and the backup has proceeded okay0

In case you are reading this post here is a solution that has worked for other users.
Reckon Accounts is frozen and taking long to backup/Not responding when doing the file backup.
