I am unable to log in on the STP app even after resetting my password.

I have just set up an account today on the app, but then wasn't able to link the ABN to my account. Now I'm not even able to log in with my credentials despite resetting my password.

Hi Rav, I keep getting the same error pop up. I'm definitely putting in the right credentials, and have already reset my password a few times.

Thanks for that Nikki, just double checking you're using the newest version of the app; v1.12.2 right?

When you attempted to add your ABN earlier, was this error appearing then as well?

Hi Rav, I got another error when adding in my ABN, called up and got it 'fixed'. And yes, I do have the newest version of the app, when trying to sign in on browser I also am unable to.
