I am unable to log on this morning the error codes are -6000, -83. Any ideas? I work with Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 on a terminal server

This error usually points to the user not having sufficient permissions to the specified folder where the company file is stored. 

Work through the steps outlined here until your issue is resolved.
