I am unable to select my STP file when trying to upload via the reckon portal.

I am unable to select my STP file when trying to upload via the reckon portal. I select new pay run, then confirm. It then goes to select file but when I select the file it just takes me back to the select file type.

    Sounds strange Lucina, can you please logout of Hosted (File > Exit) and also close your session in the Hosted control panel. Try again in a couple of minutes and let me know if the same thing is occurring for you.

    Happening to me now.  Logged out.  Done updates, rebooted.  Cleared cookies etc, different browsers.  nothing works.  Entity specific only.  I tried another entity on a different reckon login and all is fine.  Only just started happening in this entity.  Always worked perfectly before.
