I am using Chrome and my CTRL+C and CTRL+V does not work in hosted

I am using Chrome and my CTRL+C and CTRL+V does not work in hosted, it works in every other Chrome website I use? Am I suppose to enable it somewhere in Hosted?

    Hi Larisa,

    I've just tested this and it worked as normal for me when copying & pasting internally within Hosted and externally inward & outward to and from Hosted. I used Ctrl&C and Ctrl&V.

    Perhaps try exiting your file and logging out for a minute or two and then try again.

    Does anything happen at all when you try?

    Thanks Rav. For some reason it is not working for me or I've misunderstood what it is suppose to do. So say for example I am in the cheques area and I want to copy the memo from one cheque to another. If I use CTRL + C the "File" feature lights up on Chrome, as does the CTRL +V when I attempt to paste but nothing pastes. If I open the Hosted Clipboard, and attempt to paste there, the last thing that I copied on another program appears. I was under the impression I would be able to select highlight the Memo select CTRL + C and paste using CTRL + V but instead I am having to select the copy function from Hosted in order to copy - at which time the clipboard automatically opens and then to paste I need to use the paste function from Hosted rather than CTRL + V. Hope that all makes sense. thanks
