I can log in successfully but my app then shows a loading symbol and remains blank. I can't access my history or lodge a new report.

I can log in successfully but my app then shows a loading symbol and remains blank. I can't access my history or create a new report. I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest version of the app many times in the past week, all to the same end. The app worked perfectly for me for the past year, but has started having bugs over the past 2 months. I'm using the app on Android, and my software is up to date. Please help as I need to report the next pay period to the ATO. Thanks, Jo

Hi Jo,
Can you please try the following -
- Close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.
- Head into your phone settings; Settings > Apps > Reckon STP > Storage > Clear Data
- Open the app again and login

Let me know how you get on.
