I can not lodge my payment summaries with the Ato. I have reckon Accounts hosted and it just freeze

    Hi Melissa,

    Could you let us know at what point in the process does it freeze up? ie. does it occur at the same point each time?

    Does the same issue occur after logging out from Reckon Accounts Hosted fully, reopening and trying again?

    It would freeze a few seconds after I would press lodge. i did fully close reckon and re open. I had tried for a week off and on. This morning I tried again and it worked no problem. But thanks for your help.
