4th March Shareprice Download Missing - RESOLVED

Hi Gary Thanks for your prompt reply. I have been downloading quicken share prices for the last 20 years. I use Reckon accounts personal range 2016 currently with Windows 7 as the operating system. I have had no issues for months with my last download of share prices being done on Friday 4th when i downloaded Thursday the 3rd. Today the problem has showed up and my writing this note assumed others will also have a similar problem and i hoped Reckon would inform me and the others affected when the problem would be rectified?

    I use Reckon Personal 2016 with Windows 10.  I just tried to update shares and it's updated 3rd March but not 4th for shares on ASX.  It did update some US shares that I have.  I haven't experienced this problem previously.  Still waiting for the download of currencies to be fixed.  Now over 3 months since this was reported.

    Am also on Personal 2016 (now Win10) for 18m and never have been able to have auto download of ASX prices for more than few weeks at most.  I reckon Reckon's system is faulty and should be fixed, OR all customers be given clearer instructions.

    I am also experiencing this problem yet again, I am on PP2016 (win10 have been since its official release), there must be something fundamentally wrong with this process, this has been happening on and off since pp2015. Please fix it

    I've just heard back from the Dev team that this issue is now resolved and shareprice data from the 4th is available for download.
