I cannot log into Reckon Accounts Hosted this morning, but no error message comes up.

If its a black screen issue, please call us so that we can escalate the case for you. Also, if its the black screen, please allow roughly about 10 minutes time and see if that lets you in.

No I'm not receiving the black screen error, the please wait a moment box comes up and then it just reverts back to the log in screen.

Hi Tarnya,

Could you Please try logging out of hosted and try back logging in again? Also if possible could you please try different browsers to log in?

I'm unable to log into hosted, so I can't log out and log back in.  But I was able to login using Firefox.
