I cannot open an existing file in Reckon Hosted . The file does not appear in 'Open or Restore Exis

currently have 5 company files. One will not open from the No company Open page. The title appears there. When selected the message appears that the file cannot be found. Do I have to recreate the file?

The following error codes appear: -6150, -1006. And our accountant who has access error code is -6000, -60.0 -
is it possible that someone has moved the file? if you have recently shared the file with your accountant - then it would have moved to a shared folder - you need to click on Open and Existing company - then navigate from the Q drive to the shared folder (which is usually the name of the file but with a yellow folder icon with an arrow in it).. and look for the file there?0
