I cannot print in accounts hosted. No popup appear and cannot find information in community.

I have been waiting on the phone for some time.  The message says that there is information in the community.  I am new to the community and cannot find where the information is.

Accept this printer and watch the screen.

It does work fine once you accept popups, every browsers has the notification on a different spot on the screen I have done this on all my browsers this morning
