I cant complete installation for reckon 2015

I can't complete installation for my license in my computers for reckon 2015. We are running reckon in out company, We have 4 computers in total.
The file of the company is saved in the main server (separate computer) and the 3 more computers share this file.
I have installed one license in one computer but i cant do it in the others. It keeps coming up with a message saying 'The Installation Wizard has detected that Reckon is in use" I have closed reckon but when i do the installation again still comes up with the same message. Please Help.

    Hi Jonathan,

    This could be a hung process in your computer that you need to force close.
    You can try this method:

    Solution: End the QBW32.exe process 
    Estimated time: less than 5 minutes

    1. On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
    2. Click the Start Task Manager button (Task Manager in Windows XP) and select the Processes tab.
    3. Right-click the QBW32.exe process and select End Process.
    4. Click Retry in the QuickBooks installation or restart the installation.
    Other such methods would involve you logging out and back into the workstation or rebooting the PC.
