I can't do my backup, I can't do my payroll and Reckon is not available, what a disgrace.

I think all Reckon users should be entitled to a refund. No support at year end when all your customers need you. This is what customers pay their subscriptions for. You need to put more staff on.

    What does it matter who helps you, Gerry has put his phone number out there for you, be grateful. I’m sure it’s absolutely crazy at Reckon, you can blame the tax office for that I think. This is an enormous task
