I can't get a selection from the drop down menu when I go to lodge the BAS through the portal to log

    Hello Deirdre,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    If you are submitting your BAS through the ATO Portal, then you need to transfer your BAS export file from the Hosted system to your local PC.  

    Also, the ATO has a guide for using its online services here.
