Hi Melissa,
In the first instance can you please logout and clear your browser cache and cookies before retrying.

Failing that, have you recently changed your Reckon Accounts Hosted password?
If so, can you please ensure you're logging in by typing in your new password when logging into the Hosted service rather than copying/pasting it from elsewhere.

Thank you Rav, I cleared the my browser cache & cookies & retried, still was unable to log in. 
I had changed my password, I typed the password & was able to access.
