i cant log in to Reckon - Error host ! talk about annoying

Hi Amanda,
Just tested logging into Hosted and was able to get in ok.

Is this still occurring for you? Is there any more to the error message you're receiving? Do you encounter the problem logging into the Hosted service itself or when trying to launch?

Hi Michael,
Any chance you could post a screenshot of the error you're encountering so we can get a better idea of what's happening. (Use the camera icon in the reply field).

All sorted. Shut down Reckon and restarted computer

Same problem - this is the 3rd time it's down for me and can't get past the initial log-in, where it tells me to check my username and password. They are not incorrect. I know based on previous experience it will resolve in a few hours, but I'm getting pretty sick of the down time.

Sorry to hear this has been an ongoing issue for you, it certainly sounds odd. Sorry to ask the basic as you've already mentioned it but are you 100% sure the details entered are correct? Could you try inputting the details yourself manually rather than saved from the browser.

If everything in that respect is all ok, can you please give our Reckon One support team a buzz at 1300 756 663 so we can take a closer look into this.

It's resolved now - just so you are clear, I haven't done anything different apart from refresh the browser multiple times. But I have wasted 45 minutes - so the time I had to do some book-keeping I've lost. To be honest, I'm going to start looking elsewhere because it's the 3rd time and each time, it resolves itself but takes up to several hours. I need to access MY data when it's convenient for me, not the other way around
