I can't login to my account when I get to selecting Launch Account 2019 I get this error

Can't login -  when I get to select option Launch Accounts 2019 I get this error ???

Invalid credentials. Check your account name and password.

is your cap lock on, ID & passwords are case sensitive

HI Karen,

When did you last successfully log in to that specific company data file?

Is this the first time you are attempting to open the data file in the Accounts 2019 R2 application?

Are you logging in with the username Admin?

You need the Admin / Administrator password when upgrading your data file in Reckon Accounts Hosted or Reckon Accounts business range
