I cant login using chrome

It says that there are no subscriptions shared with me. If I use Edge it goes straight through

    Hi Tony,
    Which method are you using to login to Reckon One when using Google Chrome and are you using the same method in Microsoft Edge? ie. did you create your account using the Google or Microsoft SSO option or are you entering your email address & password manually into the login fields?
