I can't seem to run 2 payment summaries for working holiday makers

I need to run 2 payment summaries for working holiday makers. I have opened the new 2017 R2 hosted and upgraded our company file, plus ticked the working holiday maker box. When I run the payg summaries, it still only issues the one summary. Help! Is there something else I need to do?

Did you set the employee up as a new employee at the start of January?

They were to be set up as new employees.
