I have emailed an invoice from reckon one it shows as sent in the history but customer doesn't receive it? I am having to save and attach to an email myself.

    check the email address is correct or ask customer to check their junkmail folder

    Hi Bron,
    As Kim has mentioned, let's check off the basics first.

    Ensure that the outbound email address is correct, and if the email was diverted into a spam/junk mail folder. If so, it would be best if the recipient marks the address as 'Not Junk' or adds it to their safe list (depending on the email client in use).
