I have just downloaded reckon one touch payroll app and have accidentally saved the wrong company and now cannot change

I tried to call a phone number for reckon. I was advised there was no phone support for the app and directed to communicate on this page for help?

The business name that is registered is C and the ABN 24541404408
User name is candnscreens@bigpond.com
It was an incorrect selection but I had typed our business name in and also tried abn too and nothing was coming up?
I thought if I just typed in the name anyway  and continued it would use what I had typed in but instead it chose whatever company was selected below without me realising at the time then there was no going back.

Hi Robin,
I've just received word that this is now completed.
Please logout of the app if you're still logged in and close the app in full (swipe it away from your running apps) wait a couple of minutes and then open it again.
You'll need to create a new account on the app (you can use the same email address) and register your correct ABN.

I am in the process of signing up under the correct company this time.Is it best to wait until the new financial year to set up as in the set up process it is asking me about the wages for 2018?Thank you again for your help.

Hi, I have a similiar situation in that i set up a Reckon ID with my personal email and put the business ABN in and linked it, but then realised it needs to be linked to the business email?
Are you able to 'unlink' the ABN from the personal email or even better delete that sign on?

I've gone ahead and done this for you now. The ABN is now available for registration in your correct Portal account and the account itself under that email address has also been deleted.

Maybe give it a couple of minutes before registering again just to let the system refresh and then try it out.

Hi again Rav
I've just gone back into the Reckon portal and now when i click on GovConnect and then try launching STP it comes up with a red screen with 401:UNAUTHORISED

Pretty sure i was able to get into yesterday as i could see our Software ID number on a screen somewhere?
Could you please check and advise?

Hi Mark,
The 401 error happens when the time period that your MFA authentication is valid for has expired, I believe its 12 hours if you stay logged in.
So for example, if you log into GovConnect and verify yourself with your MFA code and then keep it logged in & open for the whole day, after 12 hours that MFA code 'expires'. This means that you need to log out in full and re-verify yourself with a new MFA code and it should let you through as normal.

Hi Rav, Wondering if you can help.  Not realising we could you our Reckon Sign in, I have created a new profile and linked our ABN to it.  Is there a way I can unlink that and remove the new profile so we can use our current Reckon user.
