I have logged into my account and it says there is no company file

I have logged into my account and it says there is no company file i have backed up from my usb and it keeps putting up error code must close immediately please help. ihave been trying to contact tech but i keep getting cut off after about 10mins of waiting :-( i have now rung 4 times

Hi Anita,

Can I just confirm, are you using Hosted or a desktop version of Reckon Accounts?

Are you able to go into the Hosted control panel and log off any active sessions under the 'Log off Remote Sessions' area. Once that is done, logout & close your browser.

Try again after about 5 minutes, does the problem continue for you?

When i remove my usb reckon cannot find my files at all

Hi there Anita, sorry but I'm a bit lost as to what we're trying to do here.

I feel like you're using Reckon Accounts Hosted but can you confirm that please.

When you are trying to use your backup from the USB, have you uploaded this to Hosted first before trying to open it? It will not open directly from the USB, it needs to be uploaded first. Has this been done?

In your Q drive are there no files at all? ie. the drive where you normally save your company file.
