I have recently installed /updated Reckon Accounts and now I can no longer email any forms?

I have recently installed /updated Reckon and now I can no longer email any forms? Using OTHER as an email provider but the server/port info isn't accepted. Any clues how to rectify this? Our email provider is bigpond

Hi Amanda,

I'd recommend checking out these two KB articles which contain info on webmail functionality for Reckon Accounts. In particular, ensure that you're inputting the correct email configuration settings for your Bigpond account which you'll find a link to at the bottom of the first article.

Hi Rav, thanks so much, I appreciate your help. I have checked my bigpond settings and entered these. I have also tried sending via my mobile internet connection and not the wifi. Unfortunately I keep getting this same message "the email service you selected to use currently cannot be reached...".

I just tried sending a form via a gmail address, on wifi and that sent successfully! However the gmail address would not send forms via the mobile internet connection.

Would that suggest that my bigpond address is clashing with my ISP (ISP isn't Telstra)?
