I have renewed but my software (Reckon Accounts Home & Business) is still saying that it will expire on 18-Nov

I tried but they are not open.  However, my problem is solved.  I did an update to prices (Online - One set update) and new licence information must have been downloaded then.  I don't know why it wasn't downloaded before.
