I haven't been able to log on to Hosted for the last three hours, the page won't load.

Sorry to hear this, are you unable to access the login page itself or is it when trying to launch Hosted itself?

Are you getting the same issues from other browsers as well?

Yes, we have tried opening Reckon hosted in Chrome as well.
We seem to be able to log into the control panel but not cannot open any companies.

Are there active sessions when accessing the Hosted control panel? If so, can you please log those off, logout and then try again?

Any joy after that?
