i keep getting a not responding message when processing my pays and then have to redo them. it sits

payroll premier 2018/2019 getting a not responding message at about 58% and have to redo pays. i have tried pause protection and it helped a couple times but then it has happened again for the last 2 months approx,sometimes a message qpv27.EXE has stopped. can someone help

    Hi Nicole,
    Do you let the program continue when the 'Not Responding' message comes up OR do you cancel the operation?

    Do you regularly perform any maintenance on your Payroll Premier file?
