Hi,

I need to change the branch code to 2 instead of 1. I emailed Reckon support team many weeks ago but no response so far.

Please, I need to change the GST Branch in my STP app from 1 to 2 as the ATO is unable to receive the payroll reports. Below are the details

ABN: 78635828705
New branch code: 2
Reckon account email address: shopcart.2019@gmail.com

i have the same issue here. Need to change GST branch code in the payroll app from 1 to 2. Need to adjust the YTD figures that has been reported to ATO.

Hi Salah,
Your branch number has been updated to branch 2.
Please logout of the app, close it in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then log back in. Confirm that the correct details are now showing for you in the 'Company' section of the app.

Your case is a little different. I can see that you have already registered your ABN under branch 1 and also branch 2 and there have been multiple submissions sent to the ATO under each.
Can you confirm what is and/or needs to happen here ie. which is your correct ABN and are the submissions under each correct?

Hello Rav, the correct ABN is 86 634 469 113.
Yes, there are multiple submissions in each branch. Currently, it's branch 1 from 10th May 2020. The YTD figures have been finalised for this branch and its tax ready matched as per our books. No problem with this.

The problem: Before 10th of May, I can't see the submissions in the APP. Probably its branch 2. Whatever has been reported through branch 2 needs to get adjusted to nil submissions because it was over-reported.

Hope you can help me out with this.
