I recently signed up for the hosted service. I can't login to the system though, it says my userid

    Hi there Neville,
    Can you let us know how and when you signed up for Hosted? Did you have a chat with a team member or did you purchase it online? Unfortunately, I couldn't find any subscription for Hosted under your existing account so just want to clarify.

    Hi Rav, I signed up for Reckon One on 27th May.  I got a confirming email, but nothing else. I've just tried it again and it worked.  Must have been doing something wrong.
