I set up an STP account with incorrect email - can the email be changed or account deleted so I can start again?

I incorrectly input my email when registering and have now forgotten my password so can't get in to change it.

You're in trouble. You need to ring Reckon to re register it

Ring the tax office. You're in trouble. You really need to check this stuff before you register it

Hi Capaldi,
You're not in trouble so don't fret. 
You can change the email address for your app account quite easily by logging into the Reckon Portal here https://portal.reckon.com/ with your CURRENT app account login details ie. the incorrect email address & password.

Once you're logged in, click on 'Profile' in the top right corner and change the email address here. Once you've updated the email address, logout of the app and sign in with your NEW email address & password.

Sorry, I just realised you mentioned that you don't know your password. 
If that's the case, can you send through the current email address ie. the incorrect email address AND the ABN you have registered to the app to me at community@reckon.com
