I tried to backup Hosted to Enterprise, but Enterprise says password is invalid

The password I'm trying to use in Enterprise is the same I use in Hosted.

If you have created a backup using Reckon Accounts Hosted - (Accounts 2019 R2).
Then downloaded  it from the Hosted B: drive to your local computer.
Then you can RESTORE that backup using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2019 R2 or 2020 R1 (desktop) software
