    Hi Life, welcome to the Reckon Community and thank you for your Question.

    As 8.1 came out after Reckon Home and Business 2013 there are some tweaks that need to be performed to have it working optimally. This Community note suggests some tweaks:https://community.reckon.com.au/reckon/topics/reckon_accounts_windows_8_0_8_1_ie10_11
