I can now login , i was a problem in the settings on there end that had to reset 

so if you have the same problem , make some noise and they will get in contact with you  ( 3Days cc the CEO in my case )

Andrew, with me the first time I printed it went to the new browser tab and I thought, that's OK, but since then the browser tab won't open and when I now print and click view it wants to save in my download folder. How do I get it to open back to the browser tab

Thanks Andrew, I have the printing sorted, it's the inability to email pay slips which is frustrating myself and our 40+ staff.
