My password/username is being rejected.

Is this a revisit of the problems a few weeks ago?

Hey Ken, sorry to hear you were having difficulties leggin in over the weekend & welcome to the Reckon Community. I haven't heard of any system wide issues with Hosted. There is a known issue casued by the recent FX (Firefox) update. If you are using FX please see: https://community.reckon.com.au/reckon/topics/log_on_difficulties_after_firefox_update_11_6_2014
