I have loaded Reckon Accounts Plus on new computer,completed the activation,now I can seem to resto

I have loaded Reckon Accounts Plus onto a new computer, have opened a trail company file, completed the activation, now I can seem to restore my company file. Any suggestions pls

    Hello Di,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    I suggest you copy your backup onto your desktop and restore it from there.

    If you still have problems please take a screenshot of the error and let us know.

    I did that John, and I keep getting the error message "you cannot open this company file because the file was created using a new version of QB" its the same version Reckon Accounts 2013

    Hello Di,

    It sounds like you need to install the Tax Table Update 2013.

    You can get a copy from our download centre:
    http://home.reckon.com.au/support/Home/Downloads/UpdatesServicePacks.aspx
