It would only work for me using google chrome, under Qlive. you lodge stp, then log onto reckon portal straight away and choose Qlive to upload that weeks file, date is backwards. then submit. hope this helps

Thanks Sherry but i couldn't see anything about qlive in my portal. Does that apply to reckon hosted?

    Hi Brett,
If you generate the STP (.json) file as normal, when it asks to save, you generally save it to somewhere in My Live Q: drive within Reckon Hosted.

What Sherry means is that you then don't need to download it. The portal should open from within Reckon and ask you to login as normal, and then you can navigate to that same place within  the Q: drive to select the .json file without having to use an external web address or login to load it.

I'm using PC/Win10/Chrome, but I hope it would work with whatever browser you use.
