I'm still having a problem emailing pay slips to our employees.

Even if I select only 1 of the employees who I know their email address is correct, it still won't come up in the "Forms to send" window. Getting quite frustrated...please help!

Please can we have some more details....
Version of Reckon & which Year?
Are you Using Outlook, if so which version?
what windows operating system?
Have edited the employee to have preferred send method as email? )edit employee/personal info/address & contact..

are you useing the correct dates in the 'select pay slips to email' window? ticked show box at bottom of screen....??

Hi Angie, I just don't understand why things were emailing perfectly 3 pays ago and I've had problems for the last 2 pays.

I'm using Reckon Accounts Hosted (Standard).  I'm using the latest version 2014. I'm not using outlook and I use Windows 8.
The rest of the details you wanted me to check are all correct. Nothing has changed since the last time they sent correctly.
