Import data from Bendigo Bank

It takes about a week to get transactions from Bendigo Bank.
Ie today I got transactions across up to 4th October but no more.
Why is there such a delay and can I do anything?

I am having the same problem with the same bank. I have unlinked the bank connection and relinked but all that happened was for the last month reloaded.

Hi Bob & Lyn,

Lets start with the basics first,

Are there transactions available left in your BankData plan? 

Secondly, have a look at your bank statement and determine if your transactions after the last download are pending transactions or posted transactions. BankData will only pick up posted transactions so any pending transactions will need to be processed by your bank first, this applies to both bank accounts and credit cards.

Lastly, try refreshing your BankData connection by reentering your bank credentials, this may force any outstanding transactions to come through.

1. Reckon says:
218 transactions left on your plan

2. On one account Reckon imported up to 4th October. There are posted transactions on 5th, 8th, 10th and 11th.

3. I have done this several times in the past. It does bring all transactions over but also brings over transactions from a month or so in the past, so I spend ages deleting the duplicates.
And it only works for a week or so, then it stops again.
