In 2018 version I am now unable to double click on a transaction and bring it up, why is this?

    I've noticed you've tagged this thread as Reckon One, can I confirm this is the product you're using?

    Also, can you specify which transactions you're referring to? BankData transactions, payroll transactions etc

    Hi Rav,

    Thanks for replying. I am using Reckon Accounts Premier 2018 Accountants edition. I am referring to general ledger transactions.
