    Hi Anna

     Are you referring to in the actual Accounts Payable account register?

    Although entering directly into this register does create a “Bill”, the “Enter Bill” window is how you should be entering transactions for here.  This window has a fairly large character capacity for the Bill (“Ref”) No.
