    Hi Ladies

    which version 2014 or 2014?

Have you checked the template to make sure it hasn't defaulted back to the default reckon one when you upgraded or to another one that isn't customised.

Have you checked that you logo etc is still in images file?

If you customised the default template in 2014 when  you upraded it would have reset it to the default template in 2015 without your changes.

To customise your own template make a copy of the default one then customise that and name it, this way it will never change with an upgrade

I have deleted all but my named templates.  It prints the invoice, the top part doesn't get printed even though the bottom of the letters appear on the invoice.
I am using 2015. Everything appears as it should when checking the templates.

I'm using 2015R2. The template and even the pdf preview are correct just the printer. Only happens with reckon - printing anything else from a browser works just fine. I've still got to run some tests to see if it is a problem with the browser/printer/operating system. But interesting that someone else is having that problem too :)
