Hi Michael,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

The sort of report you wish is not available in Accounts Business.

There is a workaround to create such a report that involves exporting the Customer List, manipulating the export file in Excel to place Price Level information into a Custom Field, and re-importing back to Accounts Business so that you can include the Custom Field in your Customer Report.

Full details of the process are at:  http://www.quicken.com.au/kb/issue_view.asp?ID=4023.

Hope this produces the result you are after.

regards,
John
