Inaccurate payment summary

I have two problems with the software (using One touch phone app for under 5 employees) and wondering if anybody else has experienced the same:
1- payment for June 2019 is included in the current financial year payment records; and
2- the individual employee payment to date total does not reflect the actual pay run values as entered in the software. It appears as though the April 2020 pay run has been included in the employee payment to date total twice.
