Incorrect Reconcilliation Dates after Reckon Accounts Plus update?

I recently had a computer technician transfer my Reckon from old laptop to new laptop. After updating Reckon, i reconciled an account for March 2016. After reconciling March 2016, the last reconcilliation date showing in the reconcile window is December 2016. I cancelled last reconcilliaton thinking this might fix the problem (back to Feb 16 Reconcile) but date is still showing as 31/12/2016.
I have spent 2 hours on phone to Reckon Support and they cannot help me???
Please help?

Hi Benita, could the Dec 15 rec have been accidentally recorded as Dec 16?  When working in Reckon over the new year period we have to be especially careful to ensure prior year is specifically entered with the correct date.

Hi, I reconcile my accounts monthly. After Feb 2016 reconcillation, the date showed as 29/02/2016. Then after reconciling March 2016, the date shows as 31/12/2016.

Have you tried a data file rebuild? As it sounds like something is wrong there. So could be a corrupt entry?
