Incorrectly setup an account for the STP app

Hi, I am needing an account reset as we have set up for use with the STP app as the BAS agent not realising it was single user use only. We have since set up the ABN with employers account.

I tried to phone up to have this reset but was told to use the community forum instead.

Hi Julian,
Can I grab the ABN that you've registered to the app erroneously.
Also, can you confirm the email address address for the app account that needs removal is the same email address your Community account is registered under.

Hi Rav,

The ABN is 61 010 625 144, there are now two accounts that need to be removed. One being the @rekenen email, and the other being the gowan03 email. The correct one is the gowan06 email.

I've removed all other accounts & branch registrations for the ABN. The only one that remains is the gowan06 account.
