For the first time in many years I have picked-up a client that uses the desktop version of Reckon. I found the software to download and now require an Installation Key Code. How do I go about obtaining the code, years ago we were part of a partner program but with the online versions haven't required that in years. Please advise the cost & procedure as I will need to determine if it is worthwhile for what could be a one off.

    Hi Richard,

Pricing varies depending on the type of solution you choose (For example, Reckon Accounts Plus 2019 is priced differently to Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2019, even though both are Reckon Desktop software) . You can find more information on pricing by visiting https://www.reckon.com/au/

Alternatively, you can contact us on 1800 732 566 or (+61)291343300 and talk to our customer service representatives about pricing, versions and installation key codes(if applicable).

Thanks Mario. I don't want to use the software just view a clients file. They use Reckon Accounts Plus 2019, to be able to view their file am I required to join the partner program and pay $599 per year?

    Hi Richard,

You indicated that "I found the software to download", where did you download it from? If you downloaded a non-trial version (ie full installer) then that is for users who have purchased and already have an Installation Key Code.

If you just want to view the data file and don't want to pay any money, you can download a trial version of Reckon Accounts Plus
    https://www.reckon.com/au/trial-downloads/free-trial-accounts-plus/

Or if you already have a Reckon Accounts Hosted subscription, you can use that to open the file, but once opened it cannot be used by the client on their Reckon Accounts Plus desktop software.

Thanks, the trial version seems to be the solution to the problem.
