Why do I get errors (-6150, -1006) when trying to restore my backup?

I just installed Quickbooks ReckonAccounts Enterprise 2013 trial on my Windows 7 computer. I cannot open my backup file. It says "An error occured when ReckonAccounts tried to create, open or use the company file. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Quicken Support Team..... and provide them with the following error codes (-6150 and -1006).

I hope somebody can respond soon as this is an urgent project

Hi Dwari Anand,

Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

Make sure you are choosing the option Restore a Backup option if your backup has a .QBB extension and Restore a portable file if your backup has a QBM extension.
