Do you run a cafe, retail shop, market stall or any other business that needs to take in-person payments? We've just released Reckon Cloud POS our new web-based point of sale solution that integrates with Reckon One and Reckon Accounts Hosted!

Reckon Cloud POS has a simple, stylish design that makes it easy to process sales, take payments, track inventory, create loyalty programs, manage employees and run reports anywhere, anytime.

  • Sell on the go. Reckon Cloud POS works on a PC, Mac or iPad via your web browser so you can take payments at the counter, table or on the go. It also works offline and syncs back to the cloud the next time you're connected to the internet.
  • Integrate with Accounts Hosted. Reckon Cloud POS retrieves inventory items and customers from your connected Accounts Hosted file and posts sales back to Accounts Hosted once your EOD report is completed from the cash register. This helps you to save time and reduce errors from manual data entry.
  • Integrate with Reckon One. Connect your accounting and POS together in the cloud. Reckon Cloud POS automatically pushes your daily sales report to your Reckon One book saving you time and reducing errors from manual data entry.
  • Affordable. Unlimited product items, unlimited customers and unlimited users for just $29/month.

Accounts Hosted integration only takes 10 minutes! Simply link your Accounts Hosted company file to Reckon Cloud POS and your existing customer and inventory details will automatically flow in.

Reckon One integration only takes 5 minutes! Simply link your Reckon One book to POS and Reckon Cloud POS will automatically push a daily summary of your sales straight into Reckon One. Total cost of ownership for Reckon One and Reckon Cloud POS is less than the cost of many POS solutions alone.

It's that easy!

Start your free 14 day trial now, and see if it's right for you.

At the moment we run the older Reckon POS with 3 price levels for each item.
Are we able to do the same with Cloud POS

Hi Mark,
Thanks for asking this. Yes this functionality is available in the more established desktop version of POS and while not yet there in the newer Cloud POS solution, we're looking at building it further based on user feedback. Would be great if you could add this as a suggestion in the Reckon Ideas portal

I'm trying to import items into Cloud POS and there is no Import button under the Inventory Tab.  I have the trial version if that makes any difference.

Hi Jake,

Thank you for your post.

You won't see Import button if you've linked your Reckon Cloud POS store with Reckon Accounts Hosted. To get latest data from Hosted after you've connected, you can do a "sync" by following the below steps:

  1. Go to Management System > PREFERENCES > Accounting Software
  2. Click on the settings icon next to "Yes" toggle and click on "Sync"
  3. Remember, it will update your current On hand amounts (Quantity) to what your Hosted data file has

If you haven't connected to Reckon Accounts Hosted and still can't see the Import button, then please share your screenshot with us.

Hope it helps.

Apologies for late reply.

You can assign an item to multiple categories or just one, your choice.
