After many times trying from information on the KB we finally had success by first matching our Company information in the Reckon Portal to the Australian Business Register abr.business.gov.au. It is case sensitive. We then changed Company Information in Reckon Accounts to also match. This next bit made all the difference. We reprocessed STP within Reckon Accounts and saved over the original 'json' file before going back to the Reckon Portal and uploading it again. It only took the ATO a few minutes to note it as a successful lodgement. We have been dancing around for the past fifteen minutes.
