invalid online payee information message box "stuck"

Unable to remove this message box & can't even exit the program!

    Hey JG, welcome to the Community. Which version of Reckon Accounts are you using? Do you have a screenshot or specific error code you are experiencing? With this info I'll be able to pass this onto one of our tech support members to investigate. Thanks, Mirko

    I am having the same issue - see screen shot...I can't exit out of this pop-up and I've tried the alt-pageup and page down thing...image

    Welcome to the Reckon Community Natasha.

    Its sound like your Supplier record has developed a corruption.  Please do the following:
    1. Create a fresh backup of your company file.
    2. Rename this Supplier with another name like Renamed - right-click supplier > Edit Supplier and change Supplier Name field.
    3. Create a new Supplier Record in the original name
    4. Rename the old Supplier back to the original name
    5. When asked to merge, answer YES.
    Please try your function again.
